Dr. Chehab founded Core Path Psychology in 2024 with a commitment to providing comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological care. She earned her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2016, followed by a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology in 2024.
Dr. Chehab's clinical training includes both an APA-accredited practicum at Henry Ford Health Systems—Division of Neuropsychology and an APA-accredited internship at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System—Joint Ambulatory Care Center. Both experiences emphasized neuropsychology, providing her with a solid foundation in comprehensive assessment and treatment.
Dr. Chehab has worked in private practice since 2016, providing psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She also has extensive experience conducting psychological and neuropsychological assessments for individuals of all ages, from children to older adults. Her expertise covers a wide range of conditions, including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, traumatic brain injuries, dementia, and other psychological and neuropsychological disorders.
Dr. Chehab is an active member of the American Psychological Association (APA), Michigan Psychological Association (MPA), and the National Academy of Neuropsychology (NAN).


Dr. Fleezanis is a licensed psychologist who works with individuals, children, teens, couples, and families. She tailors treatment to each client’s unique goals and needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness-based interventions.
Her areas of specialization include psychological assessment, cognitive remediation, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, women’s issues, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, adjustment disorders, trauma, grief and loss, geriatric concerns, relational and family issues, and life transitions. She also provides neuropsychological consultations for individuals with traumatic brain injury, stroke, seizures, and other neurological conditions.
Dr. Fleezanis earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy and completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Michigan School of Psychology in 2018. Dr. Fleezanis is dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for clients of all backgrounds. She believes that meaningful change occurs through the therapeutic relationship and that every individual has the potential to grow and heal through this process. To accommodate her clients’ needs, she offers flexible scheduling, including evening appointments.
